Good to know
What should we wear?
Soft, simple colours that go together without matching. Skip neon and big logos. When in doubt, dress like you're going out for brunch.
Where exactly do we meet?
James Gardens, 99 Edenbridge Dr in Etobicoke. Park in the main lot, the one by the duck pond, then follow the path down into the gardens. Laura will be set up at the gazebo. Parking is free.
What if it rains?
We reschedule and you lose nothing. If the forecast looks bad, you'll hear from Laura that morning.
Who counts as family?
Whoever you bring. The whole crew, grandparents, just the kids, or just the two of you. The 20 minutes are yours.
Why is it $175?
It's the friends and neighbours rate. Full family sessions in Toronto usually run $350 to $600 plus HST, and fall mini sessions will be $300.
How does payment work?
Booking is free and holds your time. Then it's a flat $175, HST included, by e-transfer to laura@sp-ce.co (or cash on the day), before or after your session. Laura will email you an invoice.
When do we get the photos?
Your 10 edited images land in a private online gallery within 5 business days. Easy to download and share with the grandparents.
What if we're running late?
Sessions run back to back, so aim to arrive 10 minutes early. A late start comes out of your 20 minutes. If you can't make it at all, let Laura know so the spot can go to another family.
Is 20 minutes enough?
It's plenty. Minis are built around kids' attention spans. If you want more time, book two back-to-back slots.
