FAQ
Do you shoot on assignment?
Yes. Laura takes editorial assignments across Toronto for magazines, newspapers and digital publications, with rates following standard editorial terms per assignment. Send the story, subject and deadline to laura@sp-ce.co and she'll confirm availability the same day.
My subject hates being photographed. Will this work?
That's the specialty. Most portrait subjects aren't models, so sessions are built around conversation, movement and short bursts of shooting rather than long stiff setups. Ten relaxed minutes usually beats an hour of posing.
Can we license existing work?
Some of it. Laura's personal Toronto and travel archive is available for editorial licensing. Most of her commissioned work belongs to the clients it was shot for, so it isn't hers to relicense. Email the frame you're after and she'll confirm rights quickly.
