Corporate event photographers in Toronto: who to look at

Choosing a corporate event photographer comes down to three things: whether their galleries make rooms look full and moments look real, how fast they deliver while your event still has momentum, and whether they can work from a schedule without being managed. Names matter less than fit.

What to compare (before price)
Look at full event galleries, not highlight reels: the test is the 40th photo, not the 4th. Then compare delivery speed (same-night selects are the modern standard for social), how they handle low light without flattening the room, and whether they've shot your kind of event: a conference, a gala and a product launch are three different jobs.
Finally, ask how they work a room. The right answer involves a shot list, names of people who must be photographed, and staying invisible the rest of the time.
